I sautéed it. It wasn't quite as delicious as fresh spinach, but it wasn't bad either. Thaw the spinach and squeeze out the excess water. Heat olive oil in pan, add some minced garlic. Add the spinach, salt, and pepper and sauté until heated. Like I said, I prefer fresh, and I cook just until wilted, so with the frozen it was like having overcooked fresh spinach. It wasn't so bad that I won't keep a bag in the freezer at all times now

Throw some in just about any pasta sauce, spanakopita, spinach cheese bread, stuff it in ravioli, layer it in lasagna, use it on pizza, add it to soups.

I make a pasts dish with scallops bacon and spinach. My kids love it. Irs a handy thing to keep it in the freezers.
