Re: Is anyone pinning or repinning Planetbox or Bento lunches?

Watching this for ideas! Ds is starting reception and for now I only have to worry about every other day meals, but I am afraid I will run out of ideas.

Day one for us was edamane, avocado rolls, tamago sushi and ginger. I also had some blueberries and grapes (which he didn't eat, but school give kids his age free fruit and milk), and a homemade Chocolate chip cookie.

Day one was easy, now to figure out food for Monday.

I so want to go bento box supply crazy, but until I go to the states in December I think I have to work with what we have, as things are limited here and cost more.

I don't buy string cheese because of the expense, but our Aunt Kathy bought two packages of it for Gigi's birthday, ha. Last night was her birthday dinner which was Japanese and Chinese, so her lunch was a strange mix of leftovers and other stuff.

Two pieces of sweet potato sushi, a crab Rangoon, a mozzarella stick, pear, cherry tomatoes, a soft tortilla with cream cheese and honey rolled up, and a tiny granola bar. I will resume pictures on Monday.

No pic today but I packed for dd a chicken and cheese quesadilla, mini banana, bell pepper slices, cucumber slices and grape tomatoes. I also put 3 m&m's in the treat spot of her box. Anyone else?

No pic for me either for DD2 turkey roll up, baby bel cheese, carrot medallions and broccoli trees w/ ranch dip, buttered egg noodles from last night, grapes cut in 1/2. For DS leftover salmon, lemon, egg noodles and strawberry jell-o.

I think I have a picture but have to find it, but I went and bought some silicon cupcake holders and they were so helpful! I did baby plum tomatoes some from our garden, sliced cucumber, edamane, egg and mayo sandwich, blueberries and a bit of vegetarian Rice Krispy treat. He didn't eat the sandwich till after school though grumble.
