Dod anyone use and like a Moses basket or something similar?

I am taking care of a two year old this time around and thought that it might be helpful to have something more portable to nap baby in.

I am planning to wear the new baby as much as I can but it might be nice to have another option. My first didn't sleep in a crib well but I thought a smaller space might help the babe feel cozy.

Is a flat space like a moses basket or portabke bassinet safer that sleeping them in, say, a bouncy chair when they are tiny?

I'd like to hear some of your experiences.

Re: Moses Basket?

My oldest was 17 months when DS2 was born, and I used the Moses basket all the time up until recently when he outgrew it. It was great because I could take it around the house, and if we went over to someone else's house it was very portable. I'm all for them .
