Re: Where are the pretty maternity clothes?

I've been just buying larger sizes of normal clothes since I'm plus size and the maternity selections are pretty grim. I have some maternity clothes, but almost everything I've been wearing has just been larger sizes from plus size.

Re: Where are the pretty maternity clothes?

I bought most of my stuff from Old Navy and Kohl's. But most of my bottoms are not even maternity. I have a lot of skirts (and a few pants) that have those elastic fold-over tops. I love those since I can wear them when I'm not pregnant as well! A couple of them I got at Target for $5 on clearance. You could probably find some waist-forgiving work out or yoga pants too.

Old Navy and Gap have some good collection, and they have ongoing sales as well. You can also checkout ebay, craigslist. Here are some cute maternity clothes you can checkout online.

Re: Where are the pretty maternity clothes?

Can I second this with the "where are the tolerable business to business formal maternity clothes"? Second killer requirement: I get to try them on in person (for fit, quality, fabric feel, etc).

I got the vast majority of mine from Target. And a really great maternity pea coat on clearance mid-winter from there as well.

Thank you for the idea, I poked through their website. Unfortunately I work at a place that's much more conservative than most of that version of work attire, and they're physically out of reach.

Hmm, I had purchased blazer pants suits and pencil skirts there in 2011 when I was pregnant with my son.

Destination Maternity has a work clothes section and they have blazers, pencil skirts, pants, and button down shirts. I don't know how corporate your office is but I would think you can find something there. No idea where you are located.
