Whatever the kids make themselves. We had a church lunch and Dh and I are stuffed still. I'm not cooking and there are tons of leftovers.

Re: What's for dinner?

Last night we had crockpot teriyaki chicken over jasmine rice and steamed veggies. Tonight I think we will have brown beans, fried cabbage and corn muffins. I've not been very motivated in the kitchen lately.

Re: What's for dinner?

Last night we had a roasted turkey breast and I put the carcass in the crock pot this morning. I'm going to add some carrots, rice, and a piece of cabbage I have in the fridge and make soup.

Re: What's for dinner?

I've been cooking chicken stock in my crockpot since yesterday. I've never done it that way before, but if it turns out well (I will be straining it shortly), I'll be making soup for dinner. If it doesn't turn out well....then we may be having leftovers or a frozen pizza!!

Re: What's for dinner?

The best homemade lasagna ever. I made it yesterday with alternating layers of meaty marinara and alfredo sauce. It was so good! Tonight is leftovers with garlic bread and carrot sticks.
