The smell is worse than the taste. I really really dislike fennel, but am able to drink the tea I think some fresh lemon might help if mixing it with chai doesn't

wow! to be honest, it's not too terribly bad with chai tea. especially with the ice + milk. hmmm. maybe if i make it like this i can do 5 cups a day.

if I want it hot instead of the way I described above I make it two at a time. Let it cool enough to drink and chug it basically.

Honey and drink it iced. I actually enjoyed it that way. A friend of mine hates it with a passion. I suggested icing it to her and she found it a lot more tolerable.

Yikes, I could never do this. I tolerated one cup by adding a little cream and sugar. I thought it tasted and smelled like black licorice.

Try a different brand. They do taste different. I liked um.. angel mama brand.

But fenugreek messed with my DS' s tummy so no more tea here.

I drink it hot (well warm really) since I steep it in milk for about 10 minutes rather than water. I add sweetener too and that helps.
