Boosting Supply?

Besides Mother's Milk Tea and More Milk Plus, what other things have you ladies used to help with your supply?

I don't use fenugreek products as they mess with my DS' tummy.

Lactation cookies here. I make them, throw them in the freezer and eat a few every day.

And lots of water

Re: Boosting Supply?

Fenugreek helped me a bit. Domperidone is what really boosted my supply

Re: Boosting Supply?

The fenugreek and such is any brand available in stores/online? As for the Domperidone, is there a certain dosage to start on?

I'm taking mothers milk tea, a lactation enhancer (basically more milk), and goats rue, and eating oatmeal daily. I drink tons if water, nurse on demand, and try to pump daily. I think the goats rue has bumped me up to having enough milk. I was doing everything else for the past few weeks but added goats rue the past couple days. My breasts feel full finally and my dd seems satisfied finally. Hopefully this combo helps me keep her fat and happy!

Re: Boosting Supply?

I find that the more I eat, the more I produce, so I've started eating twice as much to keep up with my pumping needs. Also, drinking tons of water has helped. The mother's milk tea worked at first but I guess my body got used to it.

Re: Boosting Supply?

It looks like PP AF might be the culprit I bought some fenugreek a few days ago and it seems to be helping out so far. I'll give the other things mentioned a try, hopefully the also help!
