Diapers that can be used as trainers too?

Which diapers have you found to be useful as a trainer as well? I am assuming mostly side-snapping diapers, right? The only one I can think of (which we never tried as a trainer though) would be Green Acre Designs (GAD) Pocket or AIO's. Have you used a GAD diaper as a trainer? Any others?

TIA for sharing any ideas and/or success stories

I have no experience with this but I would think sized simplex would work well as trainers. The stretchy tabs would make them easy to pull on and off.

I have been using our large simplex like a trainer. I just snap looser then I would as a regular diaper. She is not really at the stage of pulling them up and down by herself but with me pulling them up and down for her is working pretty good.

Mother Ease Sandys. They are side snapping with tummy and back elastics, so they pull up and down very easily.

We have Sandy's - I forget about them . I was looking ideally for something waterproof - we have quite a non-waterproof options.

Forgot about Simplex (we used to have lots of these) - thanks for sharing They do not have elastic in the front like GAD's though, right? Simplex were really great diapers for us . . . if they could double as a trainer, that would be great!

I did not think so - thanks for confirming. Do you think a LO could pull this up and down easily as a trainer?

Grovia aios work if you have a skinny lo, or the old school Mother-ease aios (the all white ones)
