Rumparooz newborn cover or Thirsties Duo 1?

Not the one-size Rumparooz

I was all set to go with the Thirsties Duo covers, but now I'm second-guessing and thinking of going with the Rumparooz.

Can anyone show me pictures?

Get both. It is good to have variety because different things fit differently as they grow. RaRz are better in the beginning but Duos are better as they are getting into smalls.

I much prefer my RaR covers over my thirsties. I have snap RaR and aplix thirsties.

I'd say get both, I did. You never know what is going to fit. I would do a compare of the covers together if you think that will help. My babe isn't due out for a few more weeks so I can't do more than that.

I used both with ds3 because duo wraps seemed big around the waist at first on ds2 who was 7lbs 12oz at birth. DS3 was 8lbs 14oz at birth. He dropped to 8lbs 5oz but was back to birth weight by 6 days old. The photos are both in that time frame. Sorry I don't have more current photos. He's roughly 13 pounds at 10 weeks and can still wear both with the rise totally undone. I just put away the rumparooz because the rise is too short. The duo wraps he wears with the rise totally undone and is snapped at the second to last waist snap on each side. I can try to get more photos if you'd like but I'm not sure how much it would help at his current size.

Both were worn over Diaper Rite newborn prefolds.
