If you don't find out the gender...

What do you buy for the baby? This is our first time being Team Green, and it's probably going to be our last baby. I'm not sure if I should get all GN stuff until after the baby is born and then buy a bunch of stuff or if I should get some boy stuff and some girl stuff. What do you mamas suggest?

I do not usually like gn, just get some boy stuff and some girl stuff, especially if you buy some used quality clothing of FSOT board, or local consignment store. :O) OR sales at Gap, Old Navy or Gymboree.

We were team green each of our babies. I didn't care for a lot of gender neutral items but would buy things second hand that I knew I could sell easily if necessary. If I purchased anything in store, I would keep the receipts for easy returns. Otherwise I would hold on to the item and gift it to someone at a baby shower.

I found many people waited to buy clothing as gifts until after they were born.

We buy two outfits for boy, two for a girl. Then people like to buy/bring tons as soon as the baby is born.

We were team green for #3 but we already had a boy and a girl so we were pretty set as far as clothing and most everything else. We didn't buy any new clothing, and clothing gifts were given to us after he was born.

I'm going Team Green too! Most of the clothing items we have bought have been yellow. But some green, red and light brown is thrown in too. I really like the yellow ducky items, so I tend to go toward that. Our the cute sheep ones. Our theme is all animals (forest, jungle, farm, etc.) so we've just been mis-matching until they pop out! It's kinda of exciting though!

I like neutral stuff, but not pastel yellow and pastel green. Our neutral stuff is white, gray, red, turquoise, orange, and other bright colors. We have gotten a lot of clothing gifts once baby arrives, too.

We were team green with #3 and I am thinking we will be this time too.

I did a bunch of neutral stuff but all stuff I bought cheap at yard sales.

I bought everything else after she was born 😊

I just buy a few GN jammies/onsies. My older sister, who has no kids but loves kids, goes all out with clothes once baby is born.
