I think pretty much any breakfast that is grain free would be high protein unless it was just a fruit breakfast.

Omelets filled with veggies, scrambled eggs and sausage, a handful of nuts and milk, steak and eggs. Not sure what else.

Boiled eggs. Boil them the night before and put them in the fridge.

You could make something like this in advance and then eat all week.

Here are about a dozen more variations..

I just scramble eggs and bake them in a pie plate (so quiche without the crust) and then serve for the week. The boys like it with a touch of maple syrup. You can add veggies or cheese or both if you want. I tried doing the muffin tin thing but they stick so bad in the tin and I can never get my tins clean after. Kearnan loves hard boiled eggs too. I make breakfast burritos and freeze them but that has some grain, pretty high protein though.

I'll have to try some of those egg cups, thanks! Although I at her ingredients. Free range eggs, really? Like it makes a difference (and I buy cage free eggs, it just seems a bit pretentious).

In fairness to the food bloggers, they like to use the best with their craft, just the same as all the pretentious diaper freaks here do too.
