What is your favorite turkey recipe

We have too much turkey to eat. I need a few recipes for leftover turkey and stock. What's your favorite?

I used to make an awesome casserole:

Layer stuffing/dressing/Stovetop in the bottom of a 9x13 pan
Layer leftover turkey or chicken
Layer of steamed broccoli
Top with hollandaise sauce
Bake at 350 until warmed through. About 35.

Turkey egg bake or turkey and eggs with fried potatoes is great for breakfast.

We also have a tradition of pizza for Thanksgiving. Turkey broccoli Alfredo pizza is fantastic.

Turkey enchiladas would be good too.

I am making freezer meals. I just did turkey broccoli Alfredo pasta bake, and cheesy chicken (turkey) wild rice casserole. Next up is turkey enchiladas and turkey north woods soup all courtesy of pinterest or food.com.

I do a couple of turkeys throughout the year and stockpile prepared meals in the freezer. Some of the biggest hits in our house have been turkey noodle soup (the noodles don't get frozen, but added when we eat it), creamy turkey and wild rice soup, turkey broccoli casserole, and turkey and butternut squash pot pies.

Pumpkin turkey chili/not spicy at all
http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Pumpkin...e7=Home%20Page

The recipe calls for ground turkey. I use left over shredded turkey.

Turkey can also be used in tacos.

Basically anywhere you can use chicken you can use turkey.

Turkey Tetrazzini. This is not the recipe I use but it's close, sometimes I like to use sliced green olives instead of pimentos.
