We went and got BBQ from Rudy's. Not 100% sure if it's a chain or not.. So putting the name out there lol
Lets see... We got:
1/2# Moist Brisket
1/2# Pork Loin
1/2# Spicy Pork Chop
Whole Link of Sausage (for the girls)
Coleslaw
Potato Salad
Pecan Pie

I made my besties recipe of tuna casserole but I used spaetzle noodles. Served with steamed peas!

This is a long standing hatred we're talking about. As a toddler he would jerk his head up and run from the room screaming if he smelled it. Now at 8 he yells at anyone who sits near him with a peanut butter anything. Heaven help us should we need to eat a packed lunch in the car Alas, it is not his fault and I understand his aversions are very real for him.

Well, this is today's dinner (not yesterday's) but I'm so pleased with myself I have to share.

I spent all day thinking I needed to make beef stew but I don't have any beef. I am just over chicken right now, so the 40 lbs of chicken in various forms is lost on me.

Then (as I was hanging the CD's out to dry!) I realized all our basil has come in! So it is grill pizzas tonight! Whoop! Just need to grab some fresh tomatoes. Nom.

Ok I don't like you lol line dried diapers and pizza with home grown ingredients. You are making me look bad.
