Placenta encapsulation

I am considering doing placenta encapsulation after giving birth and I have been doing a good amount of research on it. However, I would love to here some experiences whether good or bad with the process. I'm extremely curious as to how every individual takes it.

Re: Placenta encapsulation

My DH followed a great online tutorial and made "mommy pills" LOL! for me (we bought a pill encapsulator which was a big help, from Amazon). I feel I had a lot more energy, felt more stable in my mood, and that it prevented PPD. Can't say enough good things about it!!

We did the same! Except we could never get the pills to fit in the encapsulation thing. But it was super easy to do everything else (if your not squeamish). DH did it all.
