What's for lunch/dinner?

In Germany lunch is the hot meal of the day and they eat a light dinner of breads and cold cuts.

Our lunch today was a bit of a hodge podge of what I had on Hand. A italian noddle soup, grilled che4ese Sandwiches, a few vegetarian schnitzel patties, cucumbers, apples, and we shared the last 2 pieces of cake grandma brought over the Weekend.

Whats for lunch or dinner at your place today?

Re: What's for lunch/dinner?

No idea. I didn't plan my food menu for the week yet. I know it's Tuesday. Lol. Also my Dh is home so that changes everything. Our eating schedule is weird. We eat an early dinner because my dh comes home early and he barely eats all day so. Our dinner is at 4. So the rest of the meals are smaller.
I just remembered we have eggplant and chicken cutlets. So that will be lunch. I'll bake some bread to go with it.

For dinner pork chops and no clue about lunch. The kids are at school and it is just that baby and I so it is normally something really light. I wish we had lunch as the big meal and dinner as something light.

We had grilled chicken and corn on the cob. Salad on the side. I love this great grilling weather!
