pull on covers

So I am wanting to get some pull on cover for my DS because he has been complaining about how the hook n loop is squishing his little belly especially at night when the diaper is more bulky. Does anyone have experience with the bummis vs the Nicki's pull on and also are Dappis good quality or are they loud and scratchy like gerber plastic pants?

The bummis is very comfy but I like the me airflow for a looser fit because its more adjustable and the elastic is still gentle. No experience with nickis or dappi.

Re: pull on covers

The dappi nylon are the best pull on covers I have found and they are bulletproof. The vinyl ones are not loud but dont accidentally dry them on high like I did.

Re: pull on covers

Thanks ladies since they are all pretty inexpensive and I could get them all with free shipping from different websites I decided to order one of each I ordered a Nicki's a Bummis and a 2 pack of dappis. Bummis was most expensive at 7.40 the other two were just under 6 each. Ill let everyone know in a week or so what I think.

Re: pull on covers

I love the elastic on the Bummis, it's super soft, yet firm. I have the older nylon Bummi pull-ons, not the PUL, but I'm told the elastic is the same.

I like the soft nylon of Dappis, but like the softer elastic of Bummis.

Airflows have a similar cut as pull-ons, but with side snaps.

I haven't tried Nikky's pull-ons, but I'm a HUGE fan of Nikky breathable poly covers (my favorite) and I feel like you couldn't go wrong with their brand.

There's also the world of fleece and wool pull-ons.

Re: pull on covers

i'd love to hear what you think of the nicki's pull on. i've used the dappi nylons before, and i really liked them. they're really puffy, but they smooth out under clothing, and aren't noisy or plasticky at all

Re: pull on covers

Oh yay! Someone's actually going to review the same covers I've been considering! I'm leaning towards Bummis or MEAFs because I know nothing about dappis and ds's skin was super sensitive and his legs were chunky beyond belief. I can't wait to read about how they all compare!

Re: pull on covers

Got that Dappis today I will try them out tomorrow. Still waiting on my bummies and my Nicki's diaper covers to get here (couldn't bring myself to pay extra for faster shipping). I did not order a MEAF. I can not bring myself to pay that much for a cover, I try to never pay more than $10 for any cover. We CD to save money (and keep chemicals off the little ones skin). I should be able to give everyone my opinion on all the covers by the end of next week Ill try to get pics of him with the covers on to so people can see the fit.
