Diaper Swappers

Not at all. DD is almost 4 and shes pretty normal.lol Shes done all of the milestones aobut 2 months ahead. She was walking at 9 months, but she only crawled for maybe a week.
My point is that every child is differnet. I dont think that baby wearing affects that. I would give some tummy time for a few sessions a day./ But other than that i think it will all work out fine.

DD is 14 months and, if anything, it gave her good trunk & neck control faster. She rolled, crawled, walked at the same age as DS. They do things when they are ready..
