Question Gerber 'lil dipper'

Good idea or waste of money? Did anybody try that for their DC? If so, how did it work? (For those who don't know what I mean right now, here's the site where you can see it: http://www.gerber.com/prodcat?catid=572 )

I think Mason starts more and more wanting to be 'independant' w/eating and I was passing by this Gerber 'lil dipper' so often by now, but I wanted to get some input b4 I buy it and at the end it's crap, kwim?

I'd appreciate your input, mamas!

I've seen those, and thought about just trying them but I decided to see how she did with a spoon first and she is pretty good with it. She knows it goes in the food to her mouth so I decided against it.

Didn't care for them. Love the Scoopon' spoons, though....

Re: Gerber 'lil dipper'

I bought them and Aedan wouldn't use them, I haven't tried them with Harley yet. Aedan preferred to either have me feed him and use his fingers only for finger foods.

Re: Gerber 'lil dipper'

My DS only played w/them, if he tries to use it now he holds it upside down. I don't regret buying 1 pack cuz its a novelty and he likes to play with them but they are definitely not as useful as gerber would have you believe.
