I totally didnt understand the lingo they used on the email... all I knew was that mine wasnt coming due to a recall, sorry!

I have subscribed to email alerts on all recalls as they happen... then you know of ALL of them when they happen. You can sign up at:

I'm seriously feeling sick to my stomach! I can't believe that there are still more recalls. You'd think that after 1 or 2 recalls that companies would test their products more and etc.

I will not be buying anymore toys that are made in china.

I already am buying mama and papa made wood toys & making some Waldorf dolls for my kids.

I know that my kids are safe then.

I just saw on our local news that my son's Cars backpack was recalled... and my younger son's carseat was recalled last week... ahhhh!!

It seems like no matter what you buy for your kids now, it's almost gauranteed it will get recalled!!! I'm so paranoid. I've bought plastic toys that were from companies I haven't heard were invovled in any recalls, like Lamaze. I've also got some older toys that I refurbished and some homemade toys that DS is getting for Christmas. I'm beginning to think that by the time he's old enough to CARE about his toys, there will be nothing left for him to play with!

Also see www.healthytoys.org its an independant site that tests toys for lead and other chemicals. If they haven't done a toy you want to know about you can nominate it!
