I'm making cheesy rice, compliments of Rice-a-roni, with diced ham and onions. Might make some english muffins too.

I've made 'good dinners' all week, so tonite it's easy!

A whole chicken is in the crockpot roasting all day, green bean casserole, stuffing or rice (haven't decided which) made with the chicken broth from roasting

I've never cooked a chicken this way, so hopefully it will be good.

The meat leftovers will be pulled and frozen for pot pie topped with crescent rolls next week.

We had black bean burgers, sweet potato fries and green beans last night. Yum, yum.

Well we wer egoing to have a cassarole some one gave us that I had in the freezer from when I had the baby. But I just looked at it and thit is still RAW. So I have now put some Fish Fillets that I thawed in the Microwave then wrapped in foil with butter and salt and pepper. and stuck that in teh oven next to the cassarole. I have also stir fried cabbage and broccoli as a side.
