Whats for dinner?

I made a chicken recipe last night, my DH really liked it (super simple too!)

Chicken a la Camille
4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breast
1/3 cup miracle whip
1 c. BBQ sauce
1/4 c italian seasoning

Preheat to 350 deg, spray glass baking dish with Pam, coat chicken with miracle whip then dip both sides in the italian seasoning. Bake for 20 minutes then dip both sides in the BBQ sauce, continue baking for 15 minutes.

Served with Kroger Parmesean Noodles (like the lipton noodles and sauce) and Peas.

Mmm... I got some ground beef out of the freezer yesterday for dinner tonight but then realized I had no ideas for what to do with it. So I sliced up some red potatoes and an onion and sauteed them in some EVOO, then browned the burger and mixed it all together with a can of healthy choice cream of mushroom soup, and heated it through.

Really yummmmmmmy! I'll definitely be making it again. I just added a green salad and some fresh cherries on the side and we had a super quick and healthy meal!

Tonight I made BBQ chicken pizza & to my surprise there isn't even one bite left lol.
I used the pilsbury roll out pizza dough on my pzza stone put a little shredded chedder cheese straight on the dough, then chopped up my leftover grilled chicken breasts (about 2) mixed the chicken well with the BBQ sauce just coat it well no need to measure this stuff out. Then spread over the pizza, then add chopped red onon & bell peppers enough to cover the pizza or more if you like & top with more grated cheese. I put sliced mushrooms on DH's side cause he loves em & I hate em. Bake about 15-20 minutes on 350. My dd's even ate seconds on this & me & dh finished off the rest. This is super easy & not expensive especially if u have some chicken leftover from a previous dinner. If not just cook the chicken in a pan before you top the pizza. Grilled chicken makes it even better!

My pantry is almost bare, but I managed to squeak through - I made a skillet dinner

1 lb gr beef seasoned with onion and lawry's
1 can tomato sauce
Used the tomato sauce can to fill it twice with water; added that
6 broken-up lasagna noodles
ketchup (because it needed some zing in my opinion)

cooked it in the skillet til' the lasagna noodles were soft; topped it with the last of a bag of mozzarella cheese. It was darn good! I even managed to throw together a salad at the last minute.
