Whats for dinner?

At Walmart I found a huge pack of thin steaks (I can't remember what they were called) for $7.43. It was a big enough pack that I got 2 full meals out of it, and DH is a HUGE eater. One meal was last week and then I froze the rest and thawed them to make to take to my parent's for dinner tonight. I put Onion Onion and Honey Teryaki sauce from Tastefully Simple on them and fried them in a pan (it only took about 5 min since they're so thin) and sauteed onions and green peppers in another pan. I also boiled cubed potatoes and then added milk, butter, shredded cheese, and sour cream to them. We also had salad. MMM great dinner!

Ugh, I've been nauseous all day so cooking doesn't appeal to me tonight...and DH hardly ate the dinner I made last night ~sigh~ so I might not cook tonight....or maybe just make something small and bland.

Last night I made:
-BBQ Chicken
-Homemade mashed potatoes
-Homemade Rolls (1st time i made them!)
-green beans

I think DH's friend that was over and myself ate the most of it

Tonight is a complete experiment lol , taking some thin cut steaks and marinading in Italian dressing , minced garlic and a tough of spicy brown mustard then searing in a hot pan till cooked through , served with cubbed potato's coated in Italian dressing salted and peppered and oven roasted . Hope it all turns good

that sounds yummy!!! tonight I reheated a casserole I'd made/frozen and we had that (tator tot casserole) DS decided to not make mommy sick on it, YAY!

im making meatloaf tonight

well, i started making meatloaf, then dh had to finish making it because i started to get sick, lmao. its in the oven now, and it smells soooooo good!

we used:
salsa
ground sirloin
egg
dried bread crumbs
garlic powder
thyme

im so hungry!

oh and i made two, so i can freeze one, lol.

Ohh so tonight I made creamy pesto pasta with tomatoes and green pepper served with a fresh spinach salad. Mmm it was so good!!!

We are having hamburgers tonight , gonna try to fix em up fancy cause I am SO sick of ground beef we will have baked fries and chips and salsa with them , cause our neighbor gave us some ripe cherry tomato's the other day and they will make good homemade salsa !
