I am sorry mama! You can sometimes just do the diet & exercise and avoid insulin. They should send you to someone to help figure out what to eat, etc.

Good luck! If you don't have to take insulin, it really isn't bad. I couldn't tell the difference except that I had to watch what I ate and ate a balanced diet.
