what can i do with leftover taco meat?

We had taco's for dinner last night and i made way to much meat! i have about a pound of the taco meat leftover-- any ideas on how to use it in a "new" recipe?

I throw it in with mac and cheese and make a chili mac sort of dish...very yummy!

just put it with beans for regluar chili, or freeze it for next week

Nachos!!! Put a layer of tortilla chips on the bottom of a 9x13, add the meat, beans or refried beans, cheese and heat up in the oven. Add tomatoes and whatever else you want on top. Or, taco salads. You could also use the meat in a southwest style lasagna.

spaghetti
noodle and cheese casserole (cooked spaghetti noodles, cream of chicken soup undiluted, chedder cheese, and meat mixed well)
over salad with veggies and ranch dressing
nachos
chili
lasagna
w/fried hash browns
southwest omelette
top twice baked potatos or potato skins

taco twist noodle dish

1/2 to 1 pound taco meat
1 can tomato sauce
1 cup sour cream
1 box curly noodles cooked and drained
shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup or so

mix all together and top with more shredded cheese
bake at 350 till all melted and flavors come together

my family loves this. i usually do a double batch and we eat it up!

i do a few things with it.
I make extra on purpose.

make taco salads- lettuce, salsa, cheese, sourcream and a little ranch dressing. add in some smashed tortillas. yummy!!

use it to make chili the next night.

make layers taco dip for lunch the next day or so after.
