I just remembered! I HATED water with DD, but it really seemed to help if it had lemon in it. Just a thought. Either that or I'm going to have to PM and remind you!

cant you replace it with decaf? or some sort of herbal iced tea? (lemon works well!) Of course you need to drink more water, but i dont think you have to swear of tea completely!

I never had that problem with Iced Tea thank god.... it is the only way I can get most of my water intake. With this one I drink so much between the water and tea that I have diluted my sodium content. big problem for me since I run low anyway. I would say moderation more than swearing off altogether. You will be OK...just do like 1 glass of tea for 1 glass of water.

thanks ladies~my prob is that when i make a quart of tea, i end up drinking more than i should. so maybe ill just make my tea by the cup

i have a huge mason jar full of ice water & dd has an 8oz bottle of ice water to drink instead of juice or something else
