I have to have lemon in mine or the temp has to be "just" right.. .not too cold and not too warm. Otherwise, I won't drink it.

But I get to drink 3 Mt. Dew's a day to keep my blood pressure up. hahahaha! I don't drink them though. I will have one and that's it and it's only because I'm a caffeine addict.

Drink that water mama! And you can also do it other ways as well... I eat TONS of watermelon, apples, bananas, oranges, cantelope. Any fruit that has lots of water content. That helps me from having to drink plain ol water.

Is it because of the caffeine? Kroger makes a decaf tea already made in gallon jugs thats pretty good.

thanx ladies~the water challenge sounds great! i don't think its from the caffeine as much as it is the fact that i drink tea for mths and go months w/o water and that i'd been using 2 cups of sugar, eek!

ive been drinking ice water today tho and ds seems to like it makes him bounce around. also ive been eating cucumbers and apples~im about to go get an orange if dd will lemme eat it

Hey mama,
So sorry to hear this. The problem with tea is that it is a diuretic and actually sucks water from your body, I pee like crazy when i drink tea, even decaf.
So as for the water, try to make homemade lemonade for a change!
What i do is every time that I go into the kitchen I pour myself a small cup of water and make myself drink it. I go to the kitchen a lot and stare into the fridge thinking that something good will just appear, so i end up getting a lot! Hope you feel better! Danni
