Water Drinking Daily Challenge ..

So how much have you had today ? I just got up a little while ago.. of to get a full cup

I've had 16.9 oz. and I'm about to start another bottle.

I had hot tea with breakfast and I have a huge glass (16oz.?) of skim milk with lunch. Then I start drinking water for the whole rest of the day.
I've been told by u/s techs that I'm very well hydrated and not to drink any extra for u/s.

None yet. It is noon here and I just finished breakfast (a bowl of oatmeal) I haven't drank anything at all. Um. I think I probably should, huh?!

hey does this mean we can like update during the day how much we drank? that would be absolutely awesome!

Well, I got down a 16.9 oz bottle...with a single serve packet of Countrytime Lemonade added. Does that count? I really, really, REALLY dislike water.

yep .. i am on my second glass prob about 16 oz glasses

so far three 32oz cups. I am water addict and usually end up around 6 of the 32oz sizes.

So far a large cup of hot tea, 16 oz skim milk, & 20 oz of water.
Now I have to pee every 7 seconds instead of my usual 10 seconds!
