DS has a third nipple! It is smaller but the same skin you would see at a nipple "sight" . I am amazed, LOL . I knew this happened but had never encountered it. Anyone else?

Out of a group of 30 moms in my birth club, 2 have babies (1b1g) with a 3rd nipple. I'd never really heard of it much until then.

Just one more unique quality about your baby right?

I have heard that a third nipple is very common.

I had a male friend in high school who had a third nipple.

ETA: I just read the OP's response. I personally would leave it until ds is old enough to make the decision himself.

I hear it's actually pretty common. I probably wouldn't worry about it, unless it's like huge and overpowers him!!

A friend's boyfriend in high school had one. (Geez that sounds like the start of an urban legend!). Love the foreskin comparison. LOL. I'd agree, leave it unless there's a medical reason to remove it or he wants it off later. (the nipple, of course.) Ok, I'm going to stop now...
