i was having trouble before and i have not been able to access DS for the last 4 days. I don't think it is my computer. Can anything help

It would have to be a problem unique to your situation, whatever that may be. Could be a comptuer, browser, or ISP. Except for a short period of time this morning, DS has been up.

What exactly is the problem? Does the whole site not come up? Can't login? Can't stay logged in? What browser do you use? ISP?

That is what the page says. (i copyed it cause i knew i would get on sometime)
I have tried with computers at school and it says the same thing.
I try at all different times. Right when i get up, though out the day, and of an evening.
I just don't understand why I am having so many problems getting on.
Once i am on though i don't have any problems. I don't know. Is there anything you could suggest? I cleared cookies and Temp internet files already.

I'll check with support and see if they have any suggestions - its so strange that the domain would point you there, then here, then there, etc....
