Everyone is fine where I am! The emergency broadcast alert totally freaked me out. You know those, "this is only a test" things on the tv? Well, this one was real and it said a tornado has touched down in downtown vancouver and is headed east toward camas. Well I am in that pathway and started running around the house like a chicken with my head cut off trying to figure out what I'm supposed to do to prepare for a tornado! In the pacific NW?!!!

It was actually very small and only damaged a couple of areas in the whole city. I never got more than some ominous black clouds over my house. Not even windy to speak of. Made for an exciting afternoon though!

I am driving up there with the kids (God help me! lol) because my DH will be coming home a little early from Deployment for school. Then he will be there until his unit comes. So we will be there like 2months. Plus my best friend lives on Ft. Lewis so we'll be staying with her
