I wash mine 2 times on hot and use Tea Tree Oil in the first wash.

i just put them right on. What could you get from a dry diaper?

I like to wash them first, but just regular with my other dipes.

It depends on the smell. I have got some that smelled like smoke so I washed them a few times. Other than that I just use them.

If they smell like detergent or anything else, I'll throw them in with my other diapers and give them their regular washing. Otherwise, I'll just throw them on.

I just throw 'em in the next load of diaper laundry - I'm really only washing to remove any detergent "cooties" that Isabel might react to. Germs don't live on dry surfaces for very long at all, so I've never been worried about sanitary issues.
