I don't live in ID anymore but I did live in Council for about a year with my aunt and uncle. It is about 2 hours south of Boise.
I lived deep in the woods, loved it! No running water, indoor plumbing, electric. It was great. To get down our lane it was a 5 mile drive one way, 40 miles the next.
I miss Idaho so much! The scenery was beautiful!

That's awesome! We have a family cabin a little before New Meadows (my grandparents have owned it since before I was born) and I love it up there (not that it's easily accessible right now! LOL). I'd love to live in it.

I'm a newbie to DS and I'm from Southern Idaho. I was born and raised here but just got back from spending 2 1/2 years up north in Moscow. I love both places!
It's so nice to know I'm not the only Idaho girl who CDs

Hey all,
I'm down in Mountain Home, we've been here for 1yr, did 4yrs in Vegas before here, but originally from NW WA. Nice to see more idaho cd'ers.
