So my baby just turned 1 today

and for the last 3 days I have had really bad cramps. Does this mean AF is coming back

? He isn't nursing quite as much as he use to but he is still nursing about 4-5 times a day and probably once at night (not usually very long just more comfort nursing). He eats solids and drinks milk and juice during the day. I really don't want AF back but I don't think I'm ready to be preggo again either. I haven't really truely had AF that much in the last 4 years as my 3 boys are about 18 months apart. Not looking forward to it or weaning. He's my baby at least for now and I want him to grow up

AF usually comes back at 1-2 months after introducing solids. I usually start getting cramps about 1 month before. It stinks.

I think PP is right... but everyone is different at the same time.

Do you usually get cramps for 4 or more days straight? They aren't constant but they are there and they hurt!! I've never had cramps before so this is all new to me. Thanks
