what lillypadz do is the prevent you from ever leaking. The apply pressure the nipple so you milk never comes out. Unless you don't get it on all the way, like i have done more then once! But if you do they are great, and don't make you have huge white circles under your shirts!

I leaked like a mad woman to untill my babies weaned at 18 months, 15 months and 22 months.
and just a question to the mom with mastisis from her bras I also had gotten clogged milk ducts with 2 of my children and I also had mastisis and it was because my nursing bra had underwires so I finally found a nursing bra that is the best in the world its a bravada (I dont think its spaming but if it is I'm sorry)and it doesnt have underwires. I had found it when I was pregnant with my third son and I never had any clogged ducts or mastisis through his whole nursing time of 22 months.

My DS is now 3 months and I still leak. Not as bad as I used to though! I usually only have to wear nursing pads at bedtime, because he sleeps through the night and I will leak like mad crazy!
I think it is just different with each person! Good luck to you!

I leaked the entire time I breastfed dd#1, I was like a dairy cow...tons of milk!!! With dd #2 I didn't leak after the first 3 weeks of so. Not only is it different with every woman, it's different with every baby!
