This is a fun thread... let's see... DD is 13 mos and says (some new this weekend)

Mama
Dadda
Nahnah or Nahni (my mom)
Puppa (FIL, funny too because we said "Grampa" and she said Papa instead)
Hi
Bubye
Hot
Wawa for water, and for a drink
Wassat (which means What's that as well as "I want that"
Kahli (my mom's cat)
Peas (for please and peas)
Uh oh
uhuhuh (as in no no when she touches something she shouldn't)
And a few others like UP and Out and In if you ask her if she wants to get in something, she'll copy you. And also an attempt at the dog and cats' names that I can't even write phonetically!
Can't wait to see what other people list.

We're at 13 months and Hutch says, mama, dada, nanny, sssss (sis!), nuh-nuh for nurse, and he signs for more and eat...that's it, I'm not worried, he is just way more laid back than his precocious sister and she doesn't let him get a word in edgewise!!

I think there are more, but its hard to remember when I'm so used to hearing it.

mama (usually over and over outside the bathroom door)

eeee (weeeee like for going on a ride on mamas back ect...)
buddie (for her curious buddies dvd, I know bad mama lets her watch tv)
eat! eat! (while signing)

She signs a bunch too. I can't even keep up with her!

kim, have you tested him for speech therapy?? is aid this cuz david didnt say a word at 12mo, he just started picking up words at 2.5
he now has 70 words but no sentences--he has apraxia. he has difficulty forming words &sentences

Wow, looking at these lists, I realize how behind my son was!! He knew mama, hi, bye and dog and that was about it. He hardly talked at all. They were worried about him and he really didn't start talking until 25 months! Now he says everything!!

Malaya is a few weeks over 1 year and says:

I never considered whether she was behind or not, but I think she is doing just fine. She babbles a lot and sounds like she is having complete conversations, inflection in her voice and everything.

All very distinct and different: no, yes, oobie (for BOOBIE), mama, dada, bye, hi, mmmmmm, Whoa!, OH!, a mumbling of "I love you", "Hi Da" (for hi dad)

Oh yeah and she signs milk and eat................ and she thinks everything is a phone! She'll stick anything up to her ear, shrug that shoulder and say "heddo"
