and she says I could be in early labour, but we'll just have to wait and see lol. And she tells me this stage can last for days!! any suggestions to helpt his move along? lol It'd be nice to have this baby already and do it naturally so I'm crossing my fingers to have it before the long weekend as she's going to induce that saturday if I don't go in by myself.

pretty much what they said - i'd recommend the sex & walking route. to the enema.

i don't really know anything about herbal stuff either but i think evening primrose oil and black(?) cohosh are supposed to help bring on labor...but i'd definitely research that fully before trying anything.

Walking really sped things up for me. I know that rosemary and basil are safe herbs to eat or smell to simulate contractions. Best wishes for a graceful delivery!

Ditto to the above suggestions. Also, I read recently that difusing Clary Sage EO in a vapourizer can help stimulate uterine contractions...might be worth a try! LMK if it works. LOL

Go find some stairs to walk, I had prodermal labour with my middle child and I went and walked a flight of stairs and the next day went into labour.
