Help my baby is sick!

My 3 1/2 month old has been vomiting (projectile) since 9:00 last night. Now he refuses to eat anything! He is BF but refuses the boob even! This morning he started with diarhea (you can tell by the smell) He has not peed since last night at 9:00. What do I do?

I am taking him into the ped this afternoon, but it there anything I can do before that?

I hear a lot of babies act that way when teething. My friends son did the same thing and was like that for a week. I hope it passes soon.

He does drool a lot, btu he doesn't act like his mouth hurts. He is also wearing his Amber teething necklace (which I believe helps). He acts like it is his tummy. Everytime I lay him down he pukes for sure!

My son did that when he was about 4 mo - projectile puke, nasty diapers, nursing strike, the works...about 2 weeks later his first teeth came in.

I hope that's all it is mama. Miserable for baby and mama I know.

Take him to the doctor ASAP-- he may dehydrate!!

Any amount of fluid you can get in him at this point, even water, dehydration can set in very quickly. Watch for other signs of dehydration, dry mouth sunken soft spot, (I am drawing a blank on other signs). Does he have a fever? If so keep him cool w/ a wash cloth but don't let him get a chill either. I hope your appt is soon. It 11:30 West coast so hopefully you will be at the dr soon.
