need help
Anyone ever try to get their milk supply up when your baby was 6mos old?? I have a premmie 6 month old who only nursed at night untill this past couple weeks i want to nurse her always and i got a supplementer (the tube that gives her fomula while i nurse) and i dont know if it will work.. anyone ever did this??

Nurse her then pump 20 minutes after each time she nurses. Take fenugreek and lots of extra water! At 6 months post your body is working on supply and demand, so the more demand you put on it, the more it'll supply! If she's going a long time between feedings, put an extra pump or two in there, even if you get nothing out it's stimulating your breasts saying HEY START MAKING MORE! Hope some of this helps, I'm sure others will have some great tips. Just remember, as long as you can squeeze a nipple and get milk out, you can bring your milk supply back! Some people can even get some from dry!
