I think you have offered her everything you can. Some people are just so hard to please, it doesnt matter what you do they are not going to be happy. I think it would be really unfair for her to leave you negative feedback. Even if you did accidently misrepresent the diaper offering her the refund is all you can do. I do not think one negative feedback will affect you that much. With that being said I think it would be mean of her to leave bad feedback with you trying to help. I've left neg feedback on one occasion but it was because the mom wouldnt even offer to help (partial or full refund). And like dehart said if you do refund her the money paypal does reverse the fees it charged you.

I know that's hard to do sometimes but people will always remember that and buy from you in confidence.

I think you went above and beyond, she is just being silly! Personally, I always think that if you refund them money - shipping that is fair. I'm sorry that happened to you!

Sometimes, no matter what you do, you cant make a person happy. You know, I bought some HHs on ebay recently that were described as VGUC and one of them came with the elastic totally shot....I never did a thing about it. Heck, I got 4 for $25 I should have expected something wrong that cheap, eh? Just letting this all roll right off my back ~*karma~*karma~*karma*~

You also can still leave feedback about your experience with her !!! Remember that and maybe you should remind her of that ... Latly I have had issues with unreasonible mamas on ebay and they are C-R-a-Z-Y!!! Offer to do the refund through paypal less the ship and suggest SHE resell the items and list them "Correctly" according to her terms!! This way she can regain money and you don't get the short end :-)
