I agree with the others- you can try larger horns. I always put some lanolin on my nipples/areola before I pump- increases suction power, and decreases chance of chafing!
If you don't want to wash after every pumping session, I agree with the previous poster about storing bottles/horns in the fridge, and washing once a day. Even though you're not producing, you're making some steam- and that invites things to grow!
