would love some good snack ideas for keeping my supply up!

I am eb****** my 10 pounder with my 34A girls It seems all I get to do is snack (no more sit down meals for me!), so I'd love some ideas of what to keep on hand, otherwise I'll be going for the oreos!

TIA!

I successfully BF'd all 3 of my big kiddos with small breasts - and the last one was over 10 lbs If you ever think you supply is low - check out this link before you really get concerned

Best idea I can give you is to carve out some time after your grocery trips to prepare snacks that are easily eaten and close at hand. Fruits and vegis - pre washed and packaged in baggies (with some fabulous healthy dip or hummus of course ) also - cheese and whole wheat crackers are easy and fast - I have some more resources for this subject - Ill be back later to link them

For me, snacks with fiber, slow-release carbs, and protien with a little fat last the longest and keep my blood sugar steady. Stuff like-

Apple and cheese
Veggies and hummus
Banana with peanut butter
Hard boiled egg on a salad
