My first PP AF arrived a couple days ago and my nipples are really sensitive/sore/tender. Is this normal for AF or is there something else going on?

Many moms contend with such things when AF decides to show up - it can be totally typical...

Are you experiencing any of the thrush symptoms? If not - its most likely due to AF and no cause for concern...
