Mother's Milk Tea?

Has anyone ever tried it? I feel as though I'm not producing enough and was wondering if this helps to up the supply?

it can help and it taste pretty good. I like to drink it cold throughout the day! You can also eat real oatmeal (not instant) and that will help with supply!

My Bradley instructor gave me a box of it before I had Gwen, I've yet to open it because I am afraid to produce more milk than I already do! Some days I feel like I can feed 3 kids with what I produce. I'd love to hear if it actually works!

I like it If you don't like black licorice you might not like it...it does need a sweetener though! I do think it helped!

Instant works too! It's insane! I had a craving for oatmeal and had 3 bowls in one day. The next day I was so engorged! It hurt, I learned my lesson lol.

still my milk just trickled until it stopped.

I drink it. I've been drinking it daily since about 1 week post-partum. It definitely helped with my supply early on.

I had supply issues since I more or less could only pump. I used to drink 4 cups of Mothers Milk Tea a day, then have Oatmeal (instant) with artifical maple flavoring (or syrup) whenever I needed to eat a snack (but at least once a day). This in combo of drinking a large glass of water every hour and pumping every 1.5 hours helped my milk supply.

I am also told that Reglan helps with milk supply (and it is available in this country) however for me it made me feel awful so I stopped it within a day of starting it. Reglan is available only by prescription.

I didn't know about the oatmeal.? I'm glad I learned that b4 number5. But the mothers milk tea works, I love it, I have used it often.

for me the tea works within hours...tastes better to me with honey. i never drink more than 2 cups in a day or i might start spraying
