does your baby sleep through the night?

does your baby sleep through the night? mine isn't even CLOSE! he is 11 months old and wakes up about 6 times a night.... am I alone here??? sometimes I feel like everyone else has babies sleeping through the night, or at least waking up only once or twice.... not 6 times a night.......

ds just started sleeping through the night 2 weeks ago. and he is almost 17mos old. FINALLY is all i have to say!

how often did he used to wake up at night?

Yeah, my son is almost 11 months and still wakes several times at night. He's gone through phases of longer sleep/less waking, but most of the time he wakes up 3-5 times each night. It's totally normal. Every child is different, your LO will learn how to sleep for longer stretches when he's ready

My DD is 2.5 & doesn't sleep through the night. She is up about 4 times.

I have a daycare baby who wakes up between 8-16 times a night too. And he's 13 months old.

Mom is at the end of her rope.

My own baby slept through the night (11:00 P.M - 7:00-ish) from birth on. She's always been a huge sleeper. She'd rather sleep than eat.

The only problem is she's 15 yrs old now, and still loves to sleep. It drives me nuts. I am positive she could easily sleep 12 hours a night, and still nap sometimes.

All babies are different and i swear by routeen we did have a routeen with DS but we didnt get it right till he was 10 months old and then he slept though, DD has slept 13 hours a night since 6 weeks old as she just loves routeen and sleep

Um......no. he is 8 months old, and still wakes at least once per night, sometimes twice.

I was really hoping he'd be one of those that slept through at like 4 months of age I have a few kids that did that...but Cohen is NOT one of them.

He will...someday. And then I'll be superwoman with all the sleep I'll get.

Wow. I am spoiled. Both of my kids slept through the night at 2 weeks old.

he would wake up 2-3 times per night to eat. and only get abou t7 or 8 hours of sleep total and now he sleeps 12 hours straight!
