My ds just spit up and it was yellowish green color. Why would it be green? He is EBF. I don't understand. He doesn't act like anything is wrong. Could it be acid (he has GERD)?

Ok. I he just puked on me again this time it was more like a bright yellow (kind of like the color of his BM poos). It is not large quantities, but why would it be colored? My milk is not yellow!!

Sounds like GERD, but it could also be Bile. Has he been pooping okay? If he does it again, call the doc. He could have a small blockage somewhere. My dd1 did this at 4 days old, so the doc said to get her to the ER right away (she was diagnosed with severe acid reflux). But when dd2 did it at 4 weeks, they said to call back if she does it again. Thankfully she didn't.

Ok thanks! I will definitely keep an eye on him. He doesn't act like he is sick or anything. He was diagnosed with reflux at 3 weeks so we know he has that and he has been on several different meds, but thought we finally had one working for him!
He had a poopy diaper yesterday evening! I hope not (we had severe constipation once already and found out it was due to his reflux med)!
