confused on the bumGenius pictures

Okay, I must be extra slow or something, but I just checked out cottonbabies and the website (http://www.cottonbabies.com/index.php?cPath=98) says that bumGenius go from xsmall to large. I'm so confused. LOL I look at the picture of the small and it looks smaller, but there are only three snaps...so if I've got it snapped to the lowest one, then it's small...but how do you get it smaller? KWIM? Or am I just not making any sense? How do I get mine to go to xsmall? The small in the picture is snapped on the lowest snaps, but the xsmall is smaller than than the small...how is that possible?

I'm so lost.

I'm thinking that the 'lip' beyond the velcro is folded under.

It's because the large doesn't have any of the snaps snapped. So the xsmall is on the third row, the small is on the second row, the med is on the first row and the large isn't on any. Does that make sense?

Huh! I snap m ine on the middle row, so tecnicallly that's a small? My baby is 4 months and 16 lbs. I didn't realize they go to x-small t hough. I bought them recently, so I haven' tried to use them w/ such a leetle baby.

Heh. Never mind, I'm not too bright. I thought there were three rows of snaps, but there are only two. Whoops.
