One big hit that I do every couple of years is hot fudge. I have a simple recipe that doesn't need to be refrigerated. I put it in little canning jars nicely decorated and people love it! It's basically melted chocolate chips, cream and you can add some flavoring (like peppermint) if you want. You can put in a basket with some other goodies if you want to go crazy!

Hey. I have a "gift in a jar" recipe book. I think mine is for main dishes but I also know a few for special hot chocolate and coffee type recipes. If you are interested I could get some of them to you.
