now dinner for us is around 6ish, some days its a little earlier. and he goes to bed around 7:30-8pm.
he rarley eats breakfast, normally just a piece of fruit, clears his lunch no problem its just the dinner he has a problem with.
his snacks before bed are usually fruit or a cracker, no ’fun’ stuff, and definetly not sugar before bed.

Another idea that works for my 3 yo is if I let him "help" me cook, he feels more involved and eager to eat what "he made".
