If she didn't get the package insured, she really shouldn't expect money back from you in the first place. I am in the same situation with someone that has not received her package (she is missing another one too from someone else). I offered to split it with her and refund half (which I thought was being generous). If it was me, I sure would not expect the seller to refund me. Thankfully she is not a nut and we are going to just give it a little more time and then go from there. Good luck! Stuff happens, so don't worry

She said that somebody else shipped her a package that she didn't get. It just makes me mad that I paid priority to ship these and they haven't arrived. I'll hold off until she files with PP. Thank goodness I have the receipt.

I got a package sent priority from across the country. Took 2 weeks. When it got here, it was wrapped in saran wrap with a taped note that there was a biohazzard spill on it but had been cleaned by their haz-mat team!!!

I think it was some sort of fuel. The package was soaked AND uninsured !
