Share your Thanksgiving Recipes!

How many of you do something special each year for Thanksgiving? While I've always loved having a big feast, I've always done very plain things, and half of what goes on our table is either canned or frozen... this year I want to have everything be prepared and cooked by us! So what special dishes do you make?

We usually have standard fare: we'll brine and roast a turkey, (scratch) mashed potatoes, green bean casserole (with cheese on top, not french fried onions), (hopefully from scratch) stuffing, fruit salad, pistachio pudding, pumpkin and pecan pies, (scratch) rolls or biscuits. Then we'll do like Tastefully Simple beer bread and dips along with a veggie tray and olives and cheese plate.
I think that's everything...
